The Board of Directors and the management partner of the Cattail Creek Community Association maintain all member information in the strictest confidence, in accordance with Montana law. Montana law (35-2-906, MCA) requires associations to make an ownership mailing contact list available to members who request it for proper purposes. However, the law does not require the disclosure of email addresses or phone numbers.

To support trust and protect member privacy, the Board of Directors has adopted a policy stating that no email address or phone number will be shared with anyone who requests it. If you receive a mailing asking for your phone number or email address, please be aware that this request did not come from the Cattail Creek Board of Directors. Whether you choose to provide your information is entirely your decision.

The Cattail Creek Community Association Board of Directors and management partner will use your phone number and email address only for official association communications related to your membership, such as dues statements, important notices, meetings, voting, and proxies.
